What’s the difference between Intelligence and Complete? +
Intelligence (EUR 89) = strategic cockpit: performance, audit, recommendations quantified in $, weekly recap, monthly report. You decide and pass the brief to your agency or freelancer to execute. Complete (EUR 195) = you pilot AND execute inside Retain: everything in Intelligence + editorial calendar, AI content generation, production board, client review, monthly briefs.
How does the volume discount work? +
On Intelligence (EUR 89): +EUR 79/brand for brands 2-4, +EUR 72 for 5-10, +EUR 65 starting at 11. On Complete (EUR 195): +EUR 98/brand for 2-4, +EUR 49 for 5-10, +EUR 39 for 11-39, +EUR 29 for 40+. The more brands you run, the less you pay per brand. The calculator shows the exact price of both plans based on your volume.
Can I switch between plans? +
Yes. Upgrade Intelligence → Complete in one click from your account (new features activate immediately, Stripe prorates the next invoice). Downgrade Complete → Intelligence available at end of cycle. No commitment.
Does the Klaviyo audit require a credit card? +
No. Signup and the Klaviyo audit (5 min) are 100% free, no credit card, on both plans. CC is only requested if you decide to activate the 14-day trial after seeing your audit. Cancelable in one click at any time.
How many users can I add? +
Unlimited users on both plans. No per-seat upcharge, no hidden limit.
Will the price increase? +
The founder tier (-50% vs upcoming public price) is locked for life for the first 100 customers on Complete. On Intelligence, the launch price (EUR 89) is locked as long as your subscription is active. Beyond the first 100, the public price will gradually increase for new subscribers.
What happens if I add or remove brands during my subscription? +
Adding a brand happens immediately from the app, Stripe auto-prorates on the next invoice. Remove anytime, the subscription adjusts on the following cycle.
Which integrations are supported? +
Klaviyo (read-only) and Shopify (orders for hybrid RFM). Recharge, GA4 and Meta land in the next releases.
