Is the audit really free, no commitment? +
Yes, 100%. You book a 30-min slot, we audit your Klaviyo together, you leave with the action plan. No credit card requested, no obligation to subscribe to Retain. The audit would normally be valued at $3,000 to $5,000 as a freelance engagement.
Why is this offer limited to 50 audits? +
Because I run each audit personally, on the account’s real data. Beyond 50, I can’t guarantee quality or timing. Once the 50 audits are delivered, I’ll switch to a paid format (or via my agency Emailio).
What level of Klaviyo access do you require? +
Read-only, via Klaviyo’s native invitation system (Settings → Account → Users → Invite). I can’t send, edit or delete anything, only read analytics data. You can revoke access in one click after the audit.
How does the 30-min call actually work? +
Before the call: I connect your Klaviyo to Retain, let the AI analyze, prepare the audit. During the call: screen share, we walk through your real KPIs, I show the opportunities quantified in $, we discuss priorities. You ask questions, I answer live.
What if Retain doesn’t interest me after the audit? +
No worries. The audit is offered to you, zero commitment. I revoke Klaviyo access, I delete your Retain account if you wish, you keep the written recap. That’s my promise.
How much sending volume do I need for the audit to be useful? +
At least 5,000 active contacts in Klaviyo and 60+ days of history. Below that, the data isn’t enough for a meaningful audit. If you’re below, reach out anyway — we can discuss other angles.
How long between booking and the call? +
Within 5 business days, typically. I need 24-48h between receiving Klaviyo access and the call to connect your account and prep the audit. The slot you pick on Calendly accounts for this delay.
Do you keep the data afterwards? +
If you decide to continue with Retain: yes, your account stays active and the audit remains accessible. If not: I revoke Klaviyo access, I delete your Retain account within 7 days, no trace remains. GDPR compliant, data hosted in Europe.
